CJ's Story

CJ Romero, one of our nurses from AdventHealth DeLand, shares his story about leaving his home in Bermuda, known for its pink-sand beaches and turquoise waters, to come to the United States to work for AdventHealth. Our AdventHealth Transcultural Assimilation Program (TAP) provided CJ with an opportunity to transition and assimilate into the United States healthcare system.
