We’re Your Spot for Walk-In Back-to-School Physicals
The back-to-school season comes with a lot of to-dos. Our urgent care clinics can help you check one important task off your list: school or sports physical exams, including an electrocardiogram (EKG) screening for your student athlete. With walk-in availability 7 days a week, we make it easy and convenient to get your child the care they need before the school year begins.
- School and sports physicals: $25
- EKGs* for high school athletes: $50

*EKGs are now required for Florida students before participating in high school sports beginning with the 2026-27 school year.

On My Way streamlines your registration process and allows you to tell us that you are on your way. Please note, this is not scheduling an appointment or reserving a specific time. Wait times will vary because patients with the greatest medical needs will receive attention first, even if they arrive after you.

We support UCF-area employers with Department of Transportation (DOT) examinations, employment physicals, employer drug testing and workplace injury care.
